  As a tenant at CYAN, I am very impressed by the immediacy of communication not only from the office crew, but also from the maintenance crew. I love the smoke-free building and the other residents I have met are super friendly. I feel that I have my own community here at CYAN and love how close all of the shops and restaurants are. Also, public transportation is so convenient in the city!!! Love this place!

  The stay at Cyan PDX has been a great experience so far, the community is friendly and the apartments are new. The apartments is a LEED gold community, hence the amenities like water, sewage and electricity are very low (~$20-25). The staff is helpful, they helped me with the quick maintenance and package delivery, just by communicating over email. This works so well with my work schedule. The apartment is well built and the space usage is great. The window wall is surrounded with double glass, which lets near-to-none noise inside. The community also has a great gym with all the basics required and an outdoor section that is perfect for summer barbecue party.
