  My husband and I have been trying to plan ahead for our 9 month old son's schooling. Right now we're just having fun researching all the possibilities, from Montessori, Waldorf and others. We liked the Belmont Academy's website, however we didn't see any tuition cost on there as we've seen on other school sites. To make sure there wasn't any hidden fees, I emailed them to ask what their fees were. One of the staff people named Claudia Hutson replied, but she didn't even bother answering our question. Instead, she asked if we were going to enroll our son for full 5 day weeks. A bit annoyed that she didn't answer our question about fees, I shrugged it off and told her we were thinking more like 3-4 day weeks if available, but depends on our son later on. If he prefers 5 day weeks, then that's fine with us. After that, she didn't even reply back for nearly a week. Odd, she replied back very promptly to our first email, but I figured maybe she didn't care since I told her my son's age is only 9 months at the moment. She should care, and should have just simply told us if there were any fees. How difficult is that? And I personally had mixed thoughts after she had rudely not answered our question, instead questioning us then not caring after that. I would have wanted my son there when he becomes potty trained, but now...I changed my mind thanks to Claudia. We got the first impression that these people don't care enough. Oh well...

  Our daughter started going to Belmont Academy for Pre-School. She loved it so much we kept her there for Pre-K and their amazing Kindergarten program. The attention she received was wonderful and it showed in her academic success. When she started to attend public schools we were lucky enough to keep her in the after school program. Our daughter LOVED attending. She connected with her teachers and the staff. She made some amazing friendships and great memories. This is the first year that she is not going to Belmont’s after school program...we can’t thank everyone there enough for being invested in her well-being and success.
