- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you live here expect huge rent hikes and no parking. Takes more than 30 minutes to find an open spot to park if your household has more than 1 vehicle. I do not recommend. ***UPDATE*** parking has become worse here. Almost impossible to find a spot during hours after 6pm. No effort has been made.
